Instructions for Setting Up Your Email Signature

NOTE: These instructions must be completed on a desktop computer. Using a phone may result in formatting issues.

1. Open your Gmail Settings and navigate to the General tab.
2. Scroll down to the Signature section.
3. Select the entire email signature below, and copy it. You are going to paste it into the Signature box in Gmail.
4. Paste the selected signature into your Gmail settings, and double check that it looks good.
5. Check the box for "Insert signature before quoted text in replies and remove the "--" line that precedes it" option.
6. Scroll down and click Save
7. Send a test email to yourself and make sure the signature looks right.
